Chair Yoga

Designed to be easy on the knees and help maintain mobility and flexibility.  This is a great class for beginners or people with low range-of-motion.  Multiple options are given to match fitness levels.  All class materials and props are provided.


Yoga Flow

A combination of poses that meld into a sequence that focuses on strength and flexibility.  This class is great for reestablishing proper posture and body movement.  Mats and blocks are provided.


Core 26 Yoga

A series of twenty-six postures designed to heal the body and bring back natural range of motion by stretching muscles, ligaments, and tendons in proper order.  Strengthen core, alignment, and heal joints.  Mats, blocks, and balls provided.
