Circuit Training

This fast-paced class with focus on cardio and muscle endurance and provides a full-body workout in a group interval setting.  This class is designed to help meet fitness goals fast by taking the routine workout to the next level.


M.O.R.E.

This one hour class focusing on cardio health, strength, balance and flexibility via brisk walking, light-to-moderate strength training and stretching will give you more Movement, more Optimism, more Resilience, and more Energy! This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to work at one's own pace during a multi-level friendly, empowerment building session!


Turbo Kick

High energy class that combines intense choreographed kickboxing moves with energizing music.  This is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with unique blends of intense intervals, strength and endurance training.
