Circuit Training

This high-intensity aerobics class utilizes group intervals to build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance through body conditioning, providing a full-body workout.  Circuit Training offers a fun, non-intimidating, group-oriented environment to keep you motivated.  This class is for advanced students.


Cardio and Strength

This upbeat class begins with a non-impact cardio component, followed by whole body strength work, and concludes with stretching and relaxation.  Fitness tolls for added resistance are provided (hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, look bands, and stability balls) as are chairs for support.  Much emphasis is on functional mobility as well as on physical balance and stability.


Muay Thai (Kickboxing)

The newest addition to the Hopelight Fitness lineup is Muay Thai, which is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clenching techniques.  This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.  Sparring pads will be provided, gloves required, and shin guards are recommended.  This is a full contact class that is for beginners as well as advanced students.
